Independent Strategic Advisor

My work consists of standing outside the structure and close to the decision.

I act as a strategic advisor and thinking partner to CEOs and Boards of Directors when the organization faces decisions that do not allow for simplifications or superficial consensus.

I do not provide opinions or ready-made solutions.

I provide judgment: an external, systemic, and experienced perspective that makes visible what often remains hidden from within—unspoken risks, governance tensions, dysfunctional leadership patterns, and unintended consequences of well-intentioned decisions.

I intervene especially in contexts where the cost of error is high:

  • strengthening governance and the executive team,
  • strategic inflection points and high-complexity scenarios,
  • succession processes, business continuity, and high-impact decisions.

I have served as a board member and director in organizations across different sectors and countries. That experience allows me to bring mature, technical, and human judgment, built in real-world situations rather than abstract theoretical frameworks.

My contribution is concrete and measurable: higher quality decision-making, lower risk exposure, and greater alignment between strategy, leadership, and execution.
