Leadership Analytics

Toward Conscious Leadership.

¿Qué es Leadership Analytics?

What Is Leadership Analytics?

Leadership Analytics turns leadership into an object of analysis and decision for senior leadership. Not as rhetoric, but as a system.

It is the methodology that enables organizations to analyze, assess, and manage leadership with the same rigor applied to business results, when what is at stake is not only culture, but the real capacity to decide and execute.

Over the years, I have seen organizations with solid strategies make critical decisions without a clear understanding of the true quality of their leadership. Talent, values, and culture are often discussed, but rarely measured in terms of how they translate into concrete, sustainable leadership behaviors aligned with strategy.

Leadership Analytics makes visible what usually remains implicit: the alignment, or misalignment, between strategy, culture, talent, and the way leaders think, decide, and act.

It enables a shift from perception-based leadership to conscious, verifiable, and manageable leadership.

It is not about labeling people. It is about understanding an organization’s leadership system: what leadership it needs, what it truly has, where the risks are, and what decisions can raise its maturity in a sustainable way.

The methodology is developed in depth in the book Leadership Analytics, which presents the principles, evidence, and tools needed to apply it with sound judgment and without oversimplification.

“When leadership is measured, it can be managed.
When it is managed, it evolves.
And when it evolves, the organization gains real capacity for decision and execution.”

About the Book: Leadership Analytics

The book Leadership Analytics captures and structures a methodology developed and applied over many years in advising CEOs, Boards, and executive teams across organizations in Europe and Latin America.

It is not a book of opinions about leadership. It is the formalization of a system that enables leadership to be measured, analyzed, and managed with executive-level rigor.

Drawing from real experience in highly complex contexts, the book highlights a recurring pattern: when leadership is measured and governed as a system, decision-making accelerates, culture becomes more coherent, and execution gains consistency.

In Leadership Analytics: Toward Conscious Leadership, the principles, evidence, and tools necessary to apply this methodology rigorously are presented, without oversimplifications or universal recipes.
