Executive Coach / Team Coach

Strategic coaching for leaders and teams who make decisions with real impact.

Executive Leadership Coach

I work as an executive leadership coach with CEOs, executive committee members, and senior leadership teams when the challenge is not only technical, but personal, relational, or collective, and has a direct impact on the organization.

My approach combines rigorous reflection, systemic analysis, and decision-oriented guidance.

Introspection is not an end in itself, but a means to elevate the level of awareness with which a leader or a team thinks, decides, and acts.

Through deep conversations, evidence-based insight, and system-level reading, I help make visible the dynamics that often go unnoticed: decision-making biases, unaddressed conflicts, relational tensions within senior leadership, and leadership patterns that affect culture, execution, and trust.

I work both at the individual level and with executive teams, especially when:

  • clarity is required for decisions that leave no room for error,
  • leadership, strategy, and culture must be aligned,
  • the executive team functions, but does not decide or act as a true team,
  • latent conflicts exist that erode governance and execution,
  • the organization is undergoing processes of succession, transition, or growth.

When the challenge is organizational and structural, I act as an advisor.

When the impact depends on how an individual or a team thinks, decides, and relates, I work as a coach.

My Certifications

I am certified as an executive and team coach by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and I support these processes from a position of judgment, trust, and strict confidentiality, inherent to working with senior leadership.

ISPI (International Society for Performance Improvement):

What does it address?

  • Acceleration of performance in critical roles.
  • Development of leaders in succession or transition.
  • Greater influence, executive presence, and decision-making capacity.
  • Alignment between personal identity and strategic objectives.
