I have always been interested in reversing part of what I received through teaching and advising and thus I evolved towards university teaching and business schools. Later, this passion for sharing knowledge expanded into lecturing, giving me a platform to inspire diverse audiences and contribute to the professional and personal development of others. An enriching and continuous journey that has allowed me to confirm that one of the best ways to learn is to teach.
Collaborations in Business Schools and Universities
From the early stages of my professional career I began to collaborate with Universities and Business Schools as a teacher, tutor, academic leader and coach. Among the different educational institutions in which I have collaborated are the Higher School of Marketing and Administration (ESMA), the University of Barcelona (Fundació Bosch i Gimpera), the Pompeu Fabra University (BSM Barcelona School of Management), the Pan American University (UP ), the School of Business Administration (EAE) and the Graduate School of Business Administration and Management (EGADE).
Since 2018, it has been an honor for me to collaborate with EGADE at Tecnológico de Monterrey as a professor, academic leader and coach in different Executive Education programs.
Conferences
Throughout my professional career I have had the opportunity to participate as speaker in more than 250 conferences and forums internationally. Among the different conferences held, I have been able to visit Andorra, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Guatemala, Italy, Mexico, Peru, USA...
My conferences tend to be centered mainly around leadership, talent and organizational culture, although increasingly they focus on corporate trends and social evolution, leadership management systems and especially, the leadership analytics.
They are conferences very grounded in reality in which I share my experience working with very different organizations and great leaders.
