About Me
The right advice does not predict the future.
It makes it possible.
Leading is learning to think and act better
Throughout my career, I have learned that leadership is not about knowing more, but about thinking better and deciding with greater awareness in increasingly complex contexts.
I hold a PhD in Business Administration and Organization, am a member of the Real Academia Europea de Doctores, and serve as a professor at EGADE Business School. I am accredited by ICF (PCC and ACTC) and ISPI (CPT), and I am the author of Leadership Analytics: Toward Conscious Leadership, a framework developed to turn executive intuition into observable and manageable judgment.
My professional journey, from EY, through leading a family-owned business, to founding Human Performance, integrates real-world experience in business, leadership, and organizational culture. I do not speak about leadership from theory, but from the responsibility of having made decisions with impact.
For more than three decades, I have supported CEOs, executive committees, and boards of directors in addressing one of the central challenges of contemporary leadership: organizations grow in complexity and scale faster than the quantity and quality of leadership required to sustain them.
I work from a simple yet demanding conviction:
I support leaders and executive teams in complex decisions, strategic transitions, and moments when clarity is not a luxury, but an obligation. I act as a trusted advisor and thinking partner, broadening perspectives, accelerating decisions, and strengthening leadership cohesion.
What I Solve for Today’s Leaders
I have supported CEOs, C-Suite executives, and Boards in addressing one of the greatest challenges of modern leadership: organizations grow in complexity faster than their leadership grows to sustain it.
I believe in a simple and powerful principle:
“Leadership is not taught, it is cultivated through awareness and conversation.”
How I Support Those Who Lead
Organizations do not fail for lack of talent.
They fail for lack of governance, alignment, and structured leadership.
My role is not operational. It is to bring clarity, method, and perspective in moments when noise can cloud judgment.
- As an advisor, I bring independent judgment.
- As a sounding board, I challenge ideas without complacency.
- As a thinking partner, I help leaders think better before deciding.
